Jonathan Acheson received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Monmouth College in Monmouth, IL, then went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art, where he studied under Babe Shapiro, Sal Scarpitta, Hermine Ford, and Power Boothe.
He has been painting for over 25 years and has exhibited work in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
